MINISTRIES
Our Local Outreach Ministries
We are committed to sharing the love of Christ with our community by serving the needs of those who live and work around us. We believe Jesus set the example for us by going to people and so we want to follow His example by going to people and meeting their needs. As Jesus went he taught His disciples to do likewise so that is why we believe that “making disciples” has to happen on the go as well as in groups that meet regularly to study God’s Word together.
Community Service
SHARING THE LOVE OF CHRIST BY SERVING OUR LOCAL COMMUNITY
We have a food pantry that is open to those in need of food.
Our women’s ministry is very active whether it is collecting school supplies for students or blessing bags for prisoners.
Our men’s ministry is also active doing projects locally such as installing wheel chair ramps for those in need as well as other projects.
We actively support our local Chesterfield County First Steps organization which supplies food for elementary school children on the weekends.
MAKING DISCIPLES MEANS EQUIPPING PEOPLE TO FOLLOW CHRIST EVERYDAY
Making Disciples happens on Sunday Mornings during Sunday School and on Wednesday evenings. We have Sunday School classes for all ages and we are continually looking for ways to strengthen and grow this ministry.
Wednesday evenings we gather all ages to study God’s word in ways that are relevant to every age. We have Adult, Children’s and Student Ministry opportunities each week.
